AS Designs Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at AS Designs!
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. If the item is damaged, the fee may increase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@activesafetydesigns.com, we will review the issue with you and if we deem it defective, we will provide a return label to ship it back for exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to transit/shipping issues, but rest assured if it is delivered here we will process it.

Warranty for Super Safety Parts/Kits
All cams come with a lifetime warranty against defects. If your cam loses functionality due to chipping, breaking, “egging”, or other physical damage, please contact us for a replacement. This does not cover abuse, neglect, intentional damage, or accidental damage (i.e. dropped it). This also does not cover the finish or appearance of the cam as these are wearable parts.
All levers come with a 1-year warranty against defects. If your lever loses functionality due to breaking, bending, shattering, or other physical damage, please contact us for a replacement. This does not cover abuse, neglect, intentional damage, or accidental damage (i.e. dropped it). This also does not cover the finish or appearance of the lever as these are wearable parts. If this is installed in a standard AR-15, your upper receiver must be cut according to our installation guide, we will not cover lever damage due to an uncut shelf.
All detents come with a 1-year warranty against defects. If your detent loses functionality due to breaking, flattening, or other physical damage, please contact us for a replacement. This does not cover abuse, neglect, intentional damage, or accidental damage (i.e. dropped it). This also does not cover the finish or appearance of the detent as these are wearable parts.
All triggers come with a 1-year warranty against defects. If your trigger loses functionality due to breaking, flattening, chipping, or other physical damage, please contact us for a replacement. This does not cover abuse, neglect, intentional damage, or accidental damage (i.e. dropped it). This also does not cover the finish or appearance of the trigger as these are wearable parts. If the same issue occurs again, it is an issue with the installation/host and we will not cover an additional replacement.
Warranty for MP5 and G3 Parts/Kits
All lower receivers come with a lifetime warranty against defects. If your lower receiver loses functionality due to breaking, bending, shattering, or other physical damage, please contact us for a replacement. This does not cover abuse, neglect, intentional damage, or accidental damage (i.e. dropped it). This also does not cover the finish or appearance of the lower receiver as these are wearable parts. This policy covers the lower receiver, M3 screw, and ejector lever nut.
All ejector levers come with a 1-year warranty against defects. If your ejector lever loses functionality due to chipping, breaking, bending, shattering, or other physical damage, please contact us for a replacement. This does not cover abuse, neglect, intentional damage, or accidental damage (i.e. dropped it). This also does not cover the finish or appearance of the ejector lever as these are wearable parts.
Warranty for AUG Parts/Kits
All AUG steel parts come with a lifetime warranty against defects. If your AUG cam, lever, trip, sear, detent, or selector button loses functionality due to chipping, breaking, bending, shattering, or other physical damage, please contact us for a replacement. This does not cover abuse, neglect, intentional damage, or accidental damage (i.e. dropped it). This also does not cover the finish or appearance of the parts above as these are wearable parts.
All AUG housings and plastic parts come with a 1-year warranty against defects. If your AUG housing or plastic part loses functionality due to chipping, breaking, bending, shattering, or other physical damage, please contact us for a replacement. This does not cover abuse, neglect, intentional damage, or accidental damage (i.e. dropped it). This also does not cover the finish or appearance of the parts above as these are wearable parts.
All other parts not listed above come with a 90-day warranty against defects.
Any abuse of the above policies will not be tolerated! We stand behind our products fully, but we will not replace parts that are not deemed defective due to how they were made.
AS Designs Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.activesafetydesigns.com.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We DO NOT use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use AS Designs. We use Squarespace’s analytics as they are built-in to the website software.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
We only use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you if you sign up for our mailing list. We will not use it otherwise.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information is corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records typically for 30 days. We purge user and order data at regular intervals to protect the privacy of our customers to the best of our ability. The only data retained after the purge is tax information (Order Total, State, Zip Code, and Date) that we must retain for tax reporting.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
